What I had for dinner

So much cutting and slicing later....more marinated salad.
I made a double batch since it went so fast this weekend. It's always better when you let it "soak" overnight, but I just could not wait. Throw some arugula in there....yum. This will be lunch tomorrow (minus the wine unfortunately).

To quote my favorite tiger,"Ta Ta for now."
